Canoe polo competition

Canoe polo, or simply “polo” as known by the practitioners, is one of the competitive programs of the club. Two teams of five players each compete to score by throwing the ball in the opponent’s goal which is suspended two meters above water. The ball can be thrown by hand or using the paddle.

Canoe Polo is currently having Training sessions at Corcoran Drive West Lakes every Sunday morning from 9am to 11am, with occasional Training Competitions at Mawson Lakes.

The team regularly completes 10 week rounds of competitions at Westminster College indoor heated Pool or Payneham Pool. Get in touch with the club to find out the next competition. All skill levels are accommodated, with full sets of equipment supplied free for beginners.
